Veteran Broadcaster, Chief Kunle Olasope passed on today at 82!
He was the first Face and Voice on Television in the continent of Africa in that eternally memorable day of October 31st, 1959 when Western Nigeria Television (WNTV) was birthed by the Western Regional Government of Chief Obafemi Awolowo in Ibadan, present day capital of Oyo State.
He hailed from Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State.
